Pfeffer Appointed EVP at StoneHill Reinsurance Partners

Jonah Pfeffer, a reinsurance broker whose 15-year career includes work with clients in specialized casualty market segments, has joined Bloomington, Minn.-based independent reinsurance intermediary StoneHill Reinsurance Partners LLC as executive vice president.

Pfeffer most recently was a managing director in the U.S. Casualty Specialty Practice at Guy Carpenter & Co. LLC, where he had worked since 2002. Prior to Guy Carpenter, Pfeffer worked with both medical and non-medical professional liability clients at E.W. Blanch Co. (now Aon Benfield), where he began his career in 1997.

Throughout his career, Pfeffer has been involved in all aspects of reinsurance client advisory, including analytics, program design, strategic planning and placement.
