Davenport Joins Sentry Insurance as Chief Financial Officer
James E. Davenport has joined Stevens Point, Wis., Sentry Insurance as Sentry’s executive vice president and chief financial officer.
Prior to his new role at Sentry Insurance, Davenport was a partner at the accounting firm KPMG LLP in Minneapolis, for 15 years.
Sentry Insurance, a mutual company, was founded in 1904. Sentry and its subsidiaries provide property and casualty insurance, life insurance, annuities and retirement programs for businesses and individuals throughout the United States.
