Burns & Wilcox’s Daniel Kaufman Named to Atain Insurance Board

Farmington Hills, Mich.-based Atain Insurance Cos. has appointed Daniel J. Kaufman, J.D., to its board of directors.

Based in Chicago, Kaufman holds the position of broker at Burns & Wilcox Brokerage of Chicago and associate director of Business Development for Burns & Wilcox. Kaufman began his brokerage experience in London, where he worked with Miller Insurance Services.

Atain Insurance recently achieved a new, improved rating to an A.M. Best “A” Class VIII, previously holding a rating of “A” Class VII, representing continued financial growth.
