AIPSO Central Region Closing East Wacker Drive Office in Chicago

AIPSO, a management organization and service provider for various insurance industry groups responsible for administering the residual market, announced that the central region is closing its East Wacker Drive office in Chicago, Ill., effective immediately.

The central region comprises the automobile insurance plans in seven states ― Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota ― and the Missouri Joint Underwriting Association (MJUA).

Private passenger and commercial automobile applications (as well as any other correspondence) submitted to the Illinois Automobile Insurance Plan should be addressed to the Illinois plan at:

Private passenger and commercial automobile applications (as well as any other correspondence) submitted to the Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota Plans should continue to be addressed to that same post office box provided above. MJUA correspondence should also continue to be addressed to that post office box.

Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota plan applications and correspondence sent via overnight mail should be forwarded to:

The Central Region’s toll-free telephone number for all states it serves will continue to be (888) 706-6100.

Effective immediately, fax transmissions for all states should be directed to the central region’s new fax number: 800-827-6260. Also effective immediately, the central region will have a new e-mail address: CentralRegion@aipso.com.
