BerkleyNet Expands Workers’ Comp Program in Midwest

Berkley Net Underwriters LLC has announced plans to increase its state footprint and distribution opportunities for its workers’ compensation program in the Midwest. Anthony Pokorny has been named director of business development to assist with the expansion

Pokorny has more than 25 years of sales experience working both with clients and agencies. He will work with existing customers as well as develop new partners throughout the Midwest.

Pokorny has both regional and national workers’ compensation carrier experience in a variety of sales and leadership roles.

He is a graduate of California State University, Fresno and has earned the Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designation.

Pokorny will be based in Indianapolis.
