Kansas Brooke Capital Corporation Announces Director Resignation

Overland Park, Kan.-based Brooke Capital Corp. recently announced that Keith Bouchey, a member of its board of directors, has resigned as a director effective immediately.

Brooke Capital Corp. is an affiliate of Brooke Corp. that operates a life insurance company and has agreed to acquire an auto insurance company. As the result of a recent merger with Brooke Franchise Corp. the company’s insurance company business is supported by a network of independent insurance agency franchises.
