N. D. Governor Names Two Directors for Workers’ Comp Board
Gov. John Hoeven has picked a grocer and construction company president for the board of North Dakota’s workers’ compensation agency.
Michael Gallagher and John Dyste (DYS’-tee) will join the 11-member Workforce Safety and Insurance board on Feb. 1.
Gallagher will represent employers with businesses that pay less than $10,000 in workers compensation premiums each year. Dyste will represent all employers.
Gallagher is president of Curtis Construction Company of Fargo. The company does commercial construction.
Dyste owns Dyste Food Group, which includes grocery stores in Forman, Milnor, Lidgerwood and Hankinson in rural southeastern North Dakota.
