Ohio Ward Group Conducts Customer Retention Study for Insurers
Cincnnati, Ohio-based Ward Group, a provider of benchmarking and best practices consulting services, is conducting an in-depth study of customer retention at both personal lines and commercial
lines property-casualty insurance companies.
The study will include a review of retention performance and a survey on business practices companies have implemented to improve customer retention.
