Missouri Agent Found Guilty of Selling Fraudulent Investments
A Springfield, Mo. insurance agent was found guilty this month of illegally selling unregistered investments, a crime that contributed to dozens of Ozark area residents losing millions of dollars.
Former insurance agent Bill Hull faces up to 40 years in prison and as much as $2 million in fines on the four felony counts, according to the Springfield News-Leader.
Greene County Circuit Court Judge Calvin Holden will rule on the actual penalty Hull will face over the next few days.
