Sky Adds Benefit Design Agency of Ohio to its Fold

Sky Financial Group Inc. announced the acquisition of B.K.M.’s Benefit Design Agency of Ohio Inc., Findlay, Ohio.

Benefit Design Agency specializes in the development, implementation and on-going service of employee benefit programs to employers with 20 to 5,000 employees throughout the Midwest. Their primary focus is on self-funded health insurance plans with stop loss programs. In addition, they concentrate heavily on ancillary programs, such as group dental, life and disability.

It is anticipated that all employees currently working at Benefit Design Agency will be retained by Sky Insurance and will remain in the Findlay, Ohio office.
