Hartville Can’t Make SEC Reporting Deadline
North Canton, Ohio-based pet insurer Hartville Group announced that it was unable to file its 2004 annual report on Form 10-KSB with the U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission by the extension deadline of April 15, 2005.
In addition, the company’s restated quarterly reports for the three-month periods ended March 31, June 30, and September 30, 2004, will not be filed at this time.
The firm had filed a form with the SEC for an automatic 15-day extension to April 15 but then could not meet that deadline, though “the company and its accountants have been working diligently,” according to a statement.
Hartville said it intends to file the reports as quickly as possible.
