AFG Declares 12.5-Cent Dividend

Cincinnati-based insurer American Financial Group Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of 12.5 cents per share of the company’s common stock.

The dividend is payable Jan. 25, 2004 to holders of record on Jan. 15, 2004.
