Horace Mann Reports 10.5-Cent Dividend

Springfield, Ill.-based Horace Mann Educators Corp. announced a quarterly dividend of 10.5 cents per share payable Dec. 15, 2003, to shareholders of record as of Dec. 8, 2003.
