Two More Uninsured Ill. Docs to Move

Two Belleville, Ill., doctors whose medical liability policies were non-renewed by their respective providers will move out of state, according to the Belleville News-Democrat.

The two doctors, Mike Leavell and Mark Viehmann, are anesthesiologists at Belleville Memorial Hospital and will move to Missouri and Indiana, respectively.

Fifty doctors have left or plan to leave the area due to lack of medical liability coverage in the last two years, according to the paper.
