AFG Declares 12.5-cent Quarterly Dividend

Cincinnati-based American Financial Group Inc. (AFG) declared a quarterly dividend of 12.5 cents per share of AFG common stock.

The dividend is payable on July 25, 2003 to holders of record on July 15, 2003.
