Wayne Mutual Implementing RIS’ ASP Outsourcing Product

Ohio-based Wayne Wayne Mutual Insurance Company has begun implementing Results International Systems Inc.’s (RIS) ASP Outsourcing solution for end-to- end processing of all Wayne Mutual’s lines of business.

According to RIS, the first phase, including Boat, Commercial, Umbrella, and Supplemental policies, was installed and in production in May.

A month later, Wayne Mutual began implementation of phase two, which includes Dwelling Fire, Farm Dwelling Fire, and Farm lines of business.

The third phase, encompassing the remainder of Wayne Mutual’s policy lines (Auto, Homeowners, Mobile Homeowners, and Rental Dwelling) is planned for production using RIS’ outsourcing solution later in the year.
