People Moves: Aon’s Bonner to TigerRisk; Trivitt Promoted at AXIS, RSA’s Birre Julvécourt to BHSI in France
This wrap-up of international People Moves details recent appointments at TigerRisk Partners (which is launching a global trade credit, surety and political risk business); AXIS Insurance, and Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (which has launched a full line of marine insurance products in France).

TigerRisk Partners LLC, the Stamford, Conn.-based re/insurance broker, has appointed Phil Bonner to head a new global trade credit, surety and political risk business.
Based in London, Bonner will lead Tiger’s initiative to become a new global leader in credit and related lines. Bonner will report to James Few, TigerRisk International chief executive officer, and will take up his appointment in June 2022.
With more than 30 years’ experience, Bonner joins from Aon where he spearheaded the Trade Credit, Surety and Political Risk business.
Bonner began his career at the UK reinsurer, Mercantile & General (which was purchased by Swiss Re in 1996). He was a founding member in 1988 of M&G’s Credit, Bond and Political Risk team. He left as global head in 1996 to join ACE Guaranty Re (formerly Capital Re), launching its European operation and based in London. He subsequently moved to the company’s New York headquarters. Before joining Aon, Bonner spent two years with Atradius, as a founding member of its special products team. He joined Aon in 2006 as global leader of its trade credit and financial risk team where he led development of innovative and cutting-edge structural solutions.

AXIS Insurance, the specialty insurance business segment of Bermuda-based AXIS Capital Holdings Ltd., announced that Keith Trivitt has been promoted to head of Commercial & Strategic Partnerships within its International Division.
In this newly created role, Trivitt will be responsible for maximizing commercial initiatives and developing profitable strategic growth opportunities, including the delivery of enhanced value propositions and services that benefit AXIS’ brokers and their clients.
Trivitt will continue to be based in London and will report to Edward Ashby, global head of Distribution for AXIS Insurance, and to Mark Gregory, CEO of AXIS Insurance International Division.
Trivitt brings 15 years’ experience in business development, marketing and communications to his new role. Previously, he worked in the company’s marketing and communications function, latterly as head of Integrated Marketing and Communications. Prior to joining AXIS in 2016, Trivitt was vice president of Marketing at the digital publishing platform Playbuzz, and vice president of Global Marketing and Communications at digital advertising company Matomy Media Group.

Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) announced it has launched a full line of marine insurance products in France and appointed Muriel Birre Julvécourt as head of Marine. The new marine offerings include: inland marine, ocean cargo, stock & transit, project cargo, freight forwarders liability, ports & terminals, and subsea insurance.
With more than 25 years of marine underwriting experience, she was most recently head of marine at RSA Group. Before that, she held various management roles in marine at Groupama Transport. She was a member of the Marine Committee of the French Federation for Insurance Companies (FFA) for nearly 10 years. Birre Julvécourt holds a master’s degree in Insurance Law from the University of Paris Panthéon Assas.
