Axis Authorizes $750 Million Share Buyback

AXIS Capital Holdings Ltd. authorized the repurchase of as much as $750 million of common stock.

The insurer also boosted its quarterly dividend by 7.4 percent to 29 cents a share, the Bermuda-based company said in a statement distributed by Business Wire.
