RSA Appoints Patswa as New CFO for Scandinavian Business
RSA announced that it has appointed Stig Pastwa as Chief Financial Officer for its Scandinavian business, which includes operations in Denmark, Sweden and Norway and the Codan and Trygg-Hansa brands, effective as of May 1st, 2015.
He will be responsible for operating and developing the finance function across the region and will report directly to Patrick Bergander, CEO of Scandinavia. Patswa has over 28 years financial experience having held CFO roles at DSB, the largest train operator in Scandinavia, and AP Moller-Maersk.
Bergander welcomed Patswa to RSA, noting his “significant amount of international experience from a range of sectors and blue chip organizations.”
