Button Named London Market Chief Underwriting Officer for HCC International

HCC Insurance Holdings Inc. has p[romoted of Simon Button to chief underwriting officer for HCC International Insurance Co. PLC and Lloyd’s Syndicate 4141, reporting to HCC International’s Chief Executive Officer Barry J. Cook.

Button started with HCC in 2000. He has 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, including energy underwriting and reinsurance experience. Most recently, Button was the head of Energy and Marine Underwriting.
