PERILS Lowers Loss Estimates from Windstorm Joachim to $377 Million
PERILS, Europe’s catastrophe data provider, has updated its loss report for windstorm Joachim, which occurred from December 15 to 17, 2011 in Western Europe. The second published loss estimate for Joachim is €289 million [$377 million]
Thie figure is down slightly from the original estimate of €300 million [$392 million] which was issued at the end of January.
PERILS said it would publish a third loss estimate for Joachim on June 15, 2012.
