Miller Names Cunningham, Wauchope for Political, War, Trade Credit Risks
The UK’s Miller, a London-based specialist insurance and reinsurance broker, announced that it has appointed James Cunningham and Ewan Wauchope to bolster the broker’s political risk, trade credit and political violence capabilities.
Cunningham joins Miller from Marsh. He has 20 years of insurance industry experience and is a specialist in the design and placement of structured trade credit and political risk programs for banks and traders.
Wauchope specializes in political violence, terrorism and war on land insurance solutions, with a particular focus on risks in emerging markets. He has also worked in the insurance industry for 20 years and joins Miller from A.J. Gallagher.
Tim Press, Head of Special Risks at Miller, welcomed the two men to the company, adding that “as experienced specialists they will help us to build on our already established political risk, trade credit and political violence capabilities.”
