Willis Appoints Poillon Director of Investor Relations

Willis Group Holdings announced the appointment of Peter Poillon as Director of Investor Relations. He is based in New York and will report to Mike Neborak, Group Chief Financial Officer.

Poillon will be responsible for developing and executing a “proactive and comprehensive investor relations strategy to broaden institutional ownership and maximize Willis’ position with the investor community,” said the bulletin. He will “act as the primary interface with the investment community, maintaining and developing relationships with analysts and investors.”

He joins Willis from Cowen Group, a diversified financial services company, where he served as Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. He was previously with Ambac Financial Group, where he held the position of Head of Investor and Media Relations for nine years. He also served in Audit, Risk Management and Corporate Controlling positions within the company.
