Bermuda-based Platinum Underwriters Holdings will report financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2008 after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange today, Tuesday, October 21, 2008.

The Company will host a teleconference to discuss the financial results on Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern time.
