Needle Joins Endurance as VP-Excess Casualty
Bermuda-based Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd. announced that Robert Needle will join the Group, as Executive Vice President Excess Casualty and Professional Lines, subject to approval by the Bermuda Department of Immigration.
Michael Fujii, CEO Global Insurance described Needle as “a seasoned insurance executive” with a “depth of knowledge across the insurance industry” and a good “understanding of broker and client needs and relationships.”
Needle began “in the legal field focusing on insurance matters,” said the bulletin. He then joined Alexander & Alexander and Aon where he served in various senior executive capacities over a 27-year period. Most recently he served as an attorney with Gibbons P.C., as Counsel in the Insurance Practice Group. Needle holds a B.B.A. and M.B.A. in Insurance and Risk Management from Temple University and also obtained his J.D. from Temple School of Law.”
