MMC Securities Now GC Securities

Guy Carpenter & Company, LLC announced that it has changed the name of MMC Securities to GC Securities. The announcement described the change as being “in line with its corporate strategies and has expanded its investment banking capabilities in Europe.”

In Europe, MMC Securities Ltd. was also changed to GC Securities Ltd., and in the U.S. GC Securities has now been established as a division of MMC Securities Corp., a U.S. broker-dealer.

“GC Securities brings together Guy Carpenter’s and its affiliates’ deep investment banking expertise, strong financial relationships, analytics and insurance capabilities to provide clients with a wide range of investment banking, capital markets and corporate finance advisory services,” said the announcement.
