Waddington to Join Integro London
Integro Ltd. announced that Charles Waddington will join its recently formed insurance and reinsurance business unit based in London, together with Julian Samengo-Turner, Ron Whyte and Marcus Hopkins. He will take over responsibility for managing the Casualty Practice of the new unit.
Waddington joins Integro from Guy Carpenter Facultative, where for the past five years he was managing director and head of its worldwide casualty division. His 26-year broking career started at Sedgwick, where he held a succession of increasingly senior positions that culminated in his leadership of the international casualty division. He also spent two years at Marsh, following its merger with Sedgwick. Through the years, Mr. Waddington has handled a wide range of business, including multi-national and global clients on a retail and reinsurance basis.
“Charlie shares our vision and we are delighted that a professional of his stature is joining us to help implement our bold growth strategy,” stated Integro CEO Roger Egan. “His addition to our team underscores our commitment to expand the breadth and depth of our offerings throughout the United Kingdom and Europe.”
