China Insurance Int’l. CEO Resigns, Succeeded by Deputy
A report from Dow Jones newswires in Hong Kong notes that Miao Jianmin, vice chairman and CEO of China Insurance International Holdings Co., the holding company for the Tai Ping insurance businesses in China, has resigned.
The company’s board has appointed his deputy Kenneth Ng, 56, as the new CEO. He was previously deputy chief executive of the company and chief executive of its China International Reinsurance Co.unit.
According to the report, the company said only that Miao had left to take “another assignment.”
