SSQ General Selects Sherwood Solutions

Sherwood International has entered into a multi-million dollar license and implementation agreement with SSQ General Insurance Inc., a Quebec-based Property and Casualty insurance provider. SSQ will use Sherwood’s FrontTier processing and workflow management application and ProCede reinsurance solutions to increase business process efficiencies and reduce insurance processing costs. FrontTier and ProCede will replace all legacy systems at SSQ.

Sherwood International’s FrontTier and ProCede products will help SSQ streamline its processing and distribution infrastructures, allowing SSQ to extend its reach in the Quebec market and meet its aggressive growth targets.

The implementation of FrontTier and ProCede at SSQ, a bilingual implementation, will include quote, policy administration, billing, accounting, claims management, workflow automation, statutory reporting, management reporting and call center integration.
