Fitch Profiles Imagine Insurance
Ratings Agency Fitch IBCA, Duff & Phelps has published a report on Imagine Insurance Company Ltd. the Barbados-based general insurance subsidiary of Bermuda’s Imagine Reinsurance Holdings Ltd. outlining its operating strategies, competitive position, financial profile and the rationale for its ‘A’ financial strength rating.
The Imagine Group was formed as a joint venture, initially capitalized at $200 million, between its management and Canada’s Trilon Financial Corp. in October 2000. It established its Barbados subsidiary at the same time. The companies specialize in the finite risk marketplace.
