(Toronto) announced that it has acquired 779451 Alberta Ltd., an independent general insurance brokerage representing approximately $1,000,000 in premiums and located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This represents the 18th acquisition of a network of insurance brokerages located in Alberta which has been integrated into Anthony Clark’s operations.
