Kaufmann & Broad (France) To Offer Banking, Insurance Services
International builder Kaufman & Broad’s French subsidiary has entered into agreements with Credit Agricole, France’s largest bank, and AGF, the French subsidiary of Allianz, to cooperate on lending and insurance services.
Under the agreement K& B will recommend to home buyers that they use Credit Agricole for lending services, and place their homeowners insurance, which is required in France as a precondition for obtaining a home loan, with AGF.
In both cases K& B will receive a commission on the loans and policies sold. The strategy is part of K & B’s goal to offer its clients a total package, including related services, as part o any home purchase.
