World Insurance Associates Acquires Arctic Risk Specialists

World Insurance Associates LLC announced that it acquired the business of Arctic Risk Specialists (ARS) of Toms River, New Jersey on June 1, 2026.

ARS Group was founded in 2014 by Thomas Nastasi. The group provides commercial insurance, specializing in contractor-related risks with a niche in the snow and ice management sector.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla provided legal counsel to World on the transaction. Apex Business Consulting LLC provided legal counsel, and Agency Brokerage Consultants advised ARS on the transaction.
