OneShield, headquartered in Marlborough, Massachusetts, appointed Rick Becker as senior vice president, new products.

Becker brings decades of experience to the newly created role. He has held president, chief operating officer, chief data officer/chief information officer, and executive vice president roles at companies including DUAL North America, Align Financial Holdings, MAPFRE USA and AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah. His career spans building digital insurance platforms from the ground up, integrating complex MGA operations at scale, and converting legacy underwriting into configurable, data-driven systems.
