Ames & Gough Names Partners Lynch and Maxwell SVPs

Ames & Gough, headquartered in Washington, D.C., appointed equity partners Brian Lynch and Jared Maxwell as senior vice presidents.

Appointed an equity partner of Ames & Gough in 2023, Lynch leads the firm’s national practice for Associations and Nonprofits. Based in the Washington, DC office, he has more than 17 years of experience in insurance brokerage. He joined Ames & Gough in 2016, after serving with insurance brokerages in Boston, Massachusetts.

An equity partner of Ames & Gough since 2016, Maxwell is responsible for client service and business development for the firm’s Boston office, joining the firm in 2013. Prior to joining Ames & Gough, Maxwell spent eight years with Marsh in a variety of sales and client service roles focused on design firms nationwide.
