People Moves: CRC Names Crotty to Lead Northeast Benefits Initiative

CRC Benefits, a division of CRC Group headquartered in Dallas, Texas, hired Karen Crotty as a benefits sales executive to lead a new Northeast-focused department serving brokers in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland markets.

Hired specifically for this new role, Crotty will oversee an initiative dedicated to minimum value plans (MVP) and minimum essential coverage (MEC) plans, as well as voluntary benefit products, and alternative benefits strategies for small and mid-sized employers.

With more than 35 years of insurance industry experience, Crotty brings expertise in employee benefits, carrier relationships, broker support, and client service. She most recently served as an employee benefits consultant at Kistler Tiffany Benefits.
