World Insurance Acquires Clarke Agency of New Jersey

World Insurance Associates LLC reports that it acquired the business of Clarke Insurance Inc. of Mount Holly, New. Jersey on March 1, 2026.

Clarke Insurance was founded in 1979. The agency provides auto, home, business and employee benefits insurance throughout New Jersey. The agency has a dedicated bond department. Lawrence Clarke is the owner.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
