World Insurance Acquires New Jersey’s ML Ruberton Agency

World Insurance Associates LLC has acquired the business of ML Ruberton Agency and MLR Risk Management (MLR) of Hammonton, New Jersey.

MLR provides personal and commercial property insurance, life and health insurance, and consulting services.

Terms of the March 1, 2026 transaction were not disclosed.

MLR owner PJ Pullia said the agency will be able to expand its products and services by joining World.

World Insurance, based in Iselin, New Jersey, is ranked #14 on Insurance Journal’s Top 100 Independent Property/Casualty Insurance Agencies list. The agency serves clients from more than 250 offices across the U.S. and U.K.
