People Moves: Chesapeake Employers’ Insurance Names Swartz Chief Growth Officer

Chesapeake Employers’ Insurance Company, headquartered in Towson, Maryland, named Jodi M. Swartz as the company’s senior vice president and chief growth officer.

Swartz has more than 20 years of C-suite and leadership experience, most recently serving as senior vice president, marketing and communications for PayScale. Previous roles include vice president, growth marketing and market insights for WestRock; executive vice president, chief marketing and communications officer for National General, an Allstate Company; and senior vice president, client experience digital and head of global B2B revenue marketing practice for Weber Shandwick. At Chesapeake, Swartz will lead the strategy and teams responsible for brand, marketing, communications, and sales.
