Greaves Joins Fred C. Church Insurance Commercial Lines

Fred C. Church Insurance, headquartered in Lowell, Mass., hired Damual Greaves to its education team as a client executive.

Greaves joins Fred C. Church after serving in various risk management roles at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Most recently, Greaves held the position of assistant director, office of insurance, overseeing many elements of MIT’s academic insurance program.

Jones Named Big I Connecticut Chair of the Board

Insurance producer trade organization Big I Connecticut elected Robert Jones as its chair of the board for the 2023-2024 term beginning Sept. 1. Jones is the senior vice president of Fairfield County Bank Insurance Services, LLC in Ridgefield, Conn. Jones has over 35 years of industry experience. He is a former board member of Connecticut Insurance & Financial Services.

Big I Connecticut has also sworn in the following board of directors for the 2023-2024 term:
