World Insurance Expands in New Jersey with Acquisition of J. Stine Agency
World Insurance Associates has acquired J. Stine Agency, Inc. of Little Silver, New Jersey.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Stine Agency is a family owned agency offering flood, home, life, auto, boat, business and health insurance.
World Insurance Associates is headquartered in Tinton Falls, N.J. Since its founding in 2012, World has completed 147 acquisitions and now has more than 160 offices in the U.S.
