Kaplansky Insurance Acquires Massachusetts’ Judith M. Flynn Agency

Kaplansky Insurance acquired Judith M. Flynn Insurance Agency Inc., located in Dorchester, Massachusetts. This deal serves as Kaplansky’s fourth acquisition of 2021 and 38th overall and contributes to its growth across New England.

Judith M. Flynn Insurance Agency has offered a variety of insurance services, including auto, homeowners, umbrella, small business and commercial auto, to the Lower Mills community for more than 30 years. In 1984, Judith M. Flynn started the agency with the support of her parents.

Per the terms of the transaction, Kaplansky Insurance will maintain the Dorchester location for a total of 17 offices across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Two members of the Flynn team will become part of Kaplansky’s more than 80 staff members.
