People Moves: New Hire at Willis, Chamness Elected to Norfolk & Dedham Boards
Willis Towers Watson, a global advisory, broking and solutions company, hired Kenneth Latham to as associate director for the Mid-Atlantic FINEX commercial team.
Latham will be responsible for all aspects of the client service cycle for the mid-Atlantic book of business, contributing to and supporting new business activities within the region and participating in key FINEX initiatives.
Latham was previously at Chubb as vice president for North America financial lines. He has management experience in professional liability insurance including risk analysis, contract review and negotiation, product development, reinsurance, new business development and compliance.

The Norfolk & Dedham Group of companies elected Charles M. Chamness to join its boards of directors.
Chamness recently retired from the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC) and NAMIC Insurance Company (NAMICO), after serving nearly 18 years as CEO and chairman of the board, respectively.
Prior to joining NAMIC, Chamness spent ten years in public policy and public affairs in Washington, D.C.
