The Excess Line Association of New York Names Greene Director of Government Affairs

The Excess Line Association of New York (ELANY) has given Director of Strategic Initiatives Howard W. Greene the additional title of Director of Government Affairs.

Greene, an industry veteran of more than 30 years, has been with ELANY since May 2017. He came to ELANY from TIAA, where he was vice president of state government relations and associate general counsel.

Prior to that, Greene held similar positions with GRE Insurance Group and the Risk and Insurance Management Society in New York.
