Massachusetts’ Fred C. Church Insurance Hires Lonsdale

Fred C. Church Insurance has hired Ian Lonsdale as an Employee Benefits client executive.

The main focus of the Employee Benefits division at Fred C. Church is to serve and support its commercial clients. Utilizing five areas of expertise – compliance, technology, wellness, education and plan management – the practice group helps clients create and implement long term strategies as well as navigate the ever-changing employee benefits landscape.

Executive vice president of Employee Benefits, John Reilly, has been actively recruiting young and experienced talent to help his department, as well as the agency, hit its growth goals.

Lonsdale has nearly a decade of sales, employee benefits and insurance experience under his belt. Over the last eight years, Lonsdale has worked for a variety of brokerages across Greater Boston and Washington D.C., including Marsh & McLennan Agency, Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. and Lockton Companies.

As the agency’s newest Employee Benefits client executive, Lonsdale will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
