C&S Insurance Acquires Massachusetts’ Francis M. Walley Insurance Agency
C&S Insurance has acquired Dedham, Mass.-based Francis M. Walley Insurance Agency.
Since assuming ownership in 2012, C&S Insurance second-generation owners Ben Cavallo and Keith Signoriello have completed seven agency acquisitions. Altogether, C&S Insurance – headquartered in Mansfield, Mass. – now maintains three locations, employs thirty team members and represents nearly 20,000 individuals and businesses throughout the state. The agency will celebrate its sixtieth anniversary in October.
Francis M. Walley Insurance traces its roots back to 1922 when it was founded by Francis M. Walley Senior. Following the acquisition, Frank Walley III will retain his role as president and continue to oversee the office. Likewise, the Walley Agency staff will remain unchanged.
