Pennsylvania’s The Beacon Group Announces Senior-Level Promotions

The Beacon Group of Companies, an independent financial services firm, has announced senior-level promotions within its Institutional Retirement Plan Practice.

Mark W. Schatzel has been promoted to the role of managing director of retirement plan sales and services. Schatzel will be responsible for the development of retirement plan initiatives, training, sales and management.

Schatzel joined The Beacon Group in 2015 where he worked in sales, 401(k) plan consulting and relationship management.

Michele Healey has been promoted to senior director of compliance. Healey has demonstrated leadership in compliance oversight and operations. In her expanded role, she will implement internal staff initiatives, oversight and expanded business directives in the retirement plan and retail marketplace. Michele joined The Beacon Group in 2009 and has served as a member of the compliance team.
