Rogers & Gray Insurance, a Kingston, Mass-based independent insurance agency, has promoted John Gaynier to executive vice president and partner.

Gaynier has been with the agency for five years and focuses primarily on real estate and property, hospitality, transportation and construction insurance needs.

He has more than a decade of experience in insurance across the U.S., with a specific concentration in commercial property.
