Maine’s Lynam Insurance Agency Hires Jagger

Lynam Insurance Agency, a full-service, independent insurance agency based in Bar Harbor, Maine, has hired John Jagger as an insurance agent and agency manager.

Jagger started his insurance sales career with Liberty Mutual Insurance. In his new role, he will focus on commercial account development while assuming managerial duties within the agency. Long-time agency manager, Nancy Corliss, will remain on staff.

Lynam Insurance Agency’s roots in the Bar Harbor community extend back to 1884. It has been affiliated with the other agencies owned by Lynam owners Paul Tracy and Patrick Maguire since 1999, when they became part of the Grindstone Financial Group LLC. This is a group association of independent insurance agencies with more than 20 locations in Maine. Lynam also offers real estate services through its sister company, Lynam Real Estate.
