Geico to Hire More Than 100 New Associates in New York
Geico said it plans to hire more than 100 new associates in its Buffalo, New York, office for additional positions in claims, sales and service.
Geico, the largest auto insurer in New York State, said its policyholder base continues to grow in the region.
The company’s Buffalo office is currently home to more than 2,700 associates.
Geico said one of the company’s accelerated leadership programs – the Management Development Program (MDP) – is also recruiting recent college graduates.
Geico (Government Employees Insurance Company) is a member of the Berkshire Hathaway family of companies and is the second-largest private passenger auto insurer in the U.S. The company serves more than 13 million private passenger customers, insuring more than 22 million vehicles (auto and cycle).
